Privacy Policy

This policy is written for the current SudokuGo build: game progress and preferences are stored locally on the device, and the app uses Google AdMob for advertising. If the app's SDKs or data practices change, this policy should be updated before release.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how SudokuGo, provided by Noxply ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use the mobile application.

2. Information stored on your device

SudokuGo stores game information locally on your device so the game can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:

current level and puzzle progress;
hint balance and gameplay progress;
calendar progress;
sound, music, vibration, and dark-mode preferences;
other gameplay settings required to operate the app.

3. Advertising

SudokuGo uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, diagnostics, and advertising interaction information for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.

4. Personal information

SudokuGo does not require an account and does not require your name, phone number, or email address to play. If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to include in your email or message.

5. How information is used

to operate and maintain the game;
to save progress and preferences;
to provide advertising;
to diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse;
to respond to support requests.

6. Third-party services

Third-party services used by SudokuGo may process information according to their own privacy policies. The current app uses Google services associated with mobile advertising.

7. Data retention

Local game data generally remains on your device until changed or removed by the app, cleared through device settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled. Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information associated with SudokuGo, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's privacy

SudokuGo's Google Play audience settings and advertising configuration will be maintained in accordance with applicable Google Play policies and applicable privacy requirements. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can review it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when SudokuGo, its third-party services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
